All orders placed with LUNERA. Clothing are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Because each item is made to order, please allow time for production before shipment.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high-volume drops. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
LUNERA. Clothing is NOT responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At LUNERA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the limited nature of our collections, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the defect. Once verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or exchange.
Items that are worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. LUNERA. Clothing is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery.

Some LUNERA products are released in limited quantities. Once a limited edition product sells out, it will not be restocked. Each piece is designed to be timeless, and its value is tied to its exclusivity.
By purchasing from LUNERA. Clothing, you acknowledge that items may sell out quickly and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. This policy ensures that our community experiences truly unique, rare releases.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
